Welcome!
Nice to meet you! I am Mrs. Tracy, company owner. I am a certified elementary teacher with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education. I was blessed to have a wonderful and fulfilling career of 20 years in the classroom teaching Pre-K4, kindergarten, first, and second grades in private Christian education. As a kindergarten teacher during the height of the Covid pandemic, I quickly recognized the need of children who suffered significant learning gaps during the national lockdown and yearned for a way to improve their learning outcomes.
It was in December of 2020 that I decided upon a new path in teaching and opened a tutoring business that would accommodate both in-person and online learning with a personalized approach. Parents were looking for a way to help their children bridge the gap left by months of whole class online learning, and often with nothing more than work packs sent home for them to teach with no professional guidance. I started out with a just a handful of students, but now have had the privilege of serving over 200 children, many of whom have been long-term students from the beginning.
My business has grown to accommodate tutoring for children preschool through high school, across all subject areas. Mrs. Tracy's Tutoring Services also now has a team of tutors in place to meet every student's academic needs, offering flexibility, convenience, and affordability with each tutoring session. Most importantly, we give each child personalized attention that meets their unique needs, accompanied by a caring and nurturing approach that helps the whole child develop in all domains. Our hearts for children and their overall well-being creates in us something more than just a tutor. We also strive to be mentors, advocates, liaisons, and role models for our students and their families. For me personally, this endeavor is more than just a business; it is a ministry as well. I am so grateful to be able to do God's work in the field of education, helping children to succeed in academics and life!

Tracy Harrell
Mrs. Tracy earned a BA degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Arizona GC, a degree in Early Childhood Management from Florida State College at Jax, and an Elementary teaching certification from FACCS. She has 25 years of teaching experience and is a Step-Up Approved Provider.
Elementary/Middle School Math, Reading/ELA Tutor and Team Lead
Kimberly Salter
Mrs. Kim earned a BS degree in Interdisciplinary Studies/Elementary Education and an Elementary teaching certification from FACCS. She has experience teaching K-5th grades, and currently teaches 5th grade. She is a Step-Up Approved Provider. Mrs. Kim serves as our staff team leader.
Middle/High Advanced Math Tutor
Kristin Lang
Mrs. Kristin earned a BS and an MA in Psychology. She is working on her Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership. She has a Math (all levels) teaching certification from FACCS and FDOE and teaches pre-algebra, algebra, and geometry in middle and high school. Mrs. Kristin is a Step-Up Approved Provider.
Middle/High ELA Tutor and ESE Specialist
Jennae Tuzzolo
Mrs. Tuzzolo earned a BA and MA in Special Education. She has a teaching certification from FDOE in both ESE and Gifted K-12 and teaches high school ELA general and AP courses. She is our IEP and assessment expert. Mrs. Tuzzolo is a Step-Up Approved Provider.
Elementary/Middle School Tutor and Homeschool Specialist
Maria Sudduth
Mrs. Maria earned a BS degree in Early Childhood Education from Florida State College at Jax. She has classroom teaching experience and currently homeschools her children. With her vast knowledge of homeschool, Mrs. Maria serves as our homeschool expert. She is also a Step-Up Approved Provider.

Kristina Eberhardy
Ms. Eberhardy earned a BS degree in Administration of Justice from Liberty University and a teaching certification from FACCS in Elementary Education. She has experience teaching K-4th grades, and currently teaches 4th grade math and science.
Elementary Tutor/Reading and ESL Specialist
Michelle Rodriguez
Mrs. Rodriguez earned a BA in Communications and a Master's in Educational Leadership from UNF. She holds certifications in OK and FL and is a proud military spouse. Mrs. Rodriguez has ESL and Reading Specialist Endorsements and currently teaches 5th grade in Duval County Public Schools. She is a Step-Up Approved Provider.

Lamisha Robinson
Mrs. Robinson earned a BA degree in Political Science from Edward Waters University and an elementary certification from FACCS. She has 20 years of teaching experience and has worked with students in grades K-12. Mrs. Robinson currently teaches 4th grade and specializes in reading instruction and remediation.

Jennifer Wall
Mrs. Wall earned a BS degree from Auburn University in Elementary Education. She has over a decade of teaching and tutoring experience and is FDOE certified in Elementary Ed. Mrs. Wall has worked with all subjects in grades PreK-Upper Elementary. She is a homeschool/PEP specialist and is a Step-Up Approved Provider.
Middle/High Advanced Math Tutor
Jamie Evans
Mrs. Evans earned a BA from UNF and an MA in Teaching from Jacksonville University. She is FDOE certified and currently teaches algebra and geometry (standard & honors) at West Nassau HS. She has 25 years of teaching experience, including tenure in DCPS and Florida Virtual School. Mrs. Evans is a Step-Up Approved Provider.
Middle/High Advanced Math Tutor
Kimberly Reynolds
Mrs. Reynolds earned a BS in Aviation Business Admin from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. She is FDOE certified in K-6 and 5-9th Math. She has 22 years of teaching experience and currently teaches middle school in Nassau county, where she has been named teacher of the year. She tutors middle school math, pre-algebra, algebra I and algebra II. She is a Step-Up approved provider.
